1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by OFX.coaching ("Coach", "I", "me", or "my"). By purchasing any coaching service, training programme, or nutrition plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

I provide the following services:

  • Online fitness coaching (ongoing coaching with recurring payments)
  • Personalised training programmes
  • Personalised nutrition plans
  • One-off training and/or nutrition plan purchases

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

You confirm that the information you provide about your health, lifestyle, and goals is accurate and up to date.

4. Health Disclaimer

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in physical exercise and nutritional guidance.
  • You are responsible for consulting a medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
  • Coaching is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

You agree to stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

5. Online Coaching Membership

Ongoing coaching is billed on a recurring basis at the agreed price.

Your coaching includes the services outlined at the time of purchase (such as programme updates, nutrition guidance, check-ins, and messaging support).

Payments are due on the same date each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your coaching by providing 7 days' notice before your next billing date. No refunds are given for partially used coaching periods.

I reserve the right to terminate coaching if abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

6. One-Off Training & Nutrition Plans

One-off plans are personalised digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the customised nature of these services:

  • Payment is taken in full before work begins.
  • Once your plan has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
  • Minor amendments due to genuine errors or clarification requests may be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Payments

All prices are listed in GBP.

Payments are processed securely through my payment provider.

If a recurring payment fails, coaching services may be paused until payment is successfully received.

8. Refund Policy

Online Coaching

  • Refunds are not provided for completed coaching periods.
  • If you cancel correctly, future recurring payments will stop after the notice period.

One-Off Plans

Because these are personalised digital products, they are non-refundable once work has commenced or the completed plan has been delivered.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Complete check-ins honestly.
  • Communicate any injuries or health changes.
  • Follow programmes at your own pace and within your capabilities.
  • Understand that results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All training programmes, nutrition plans, PDFs, videos, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of OFX.Coaching.

You may use them for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share them without written permission.

11. Results Disclaimer

Individual results depend on many factors including consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress, and adherence. I do not guarantee specific weight loss, muscle gain, or performance outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of my coaching services, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Privacy

Your personal information will only be used to provide coaching services and manage your account. Please refer to the separate Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected and stored.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
